This bag is a bit of a rescue project. I was in my local thrift shop and came across a half knit sweater that was too beautiful to take apart for the wool, so I felted it and turned it into the front of this bag.  Closed dimensions of this bag are 12 inches (30 cm) wide, 10 inches (26 cm) high and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) deep. This bag has one inside zippered pocket measuring 9.5 inches (24 cm) wide by 6 1/2 inches (17 cm) high. The strap is 43 inches (110 cm) long making it easy to carry the bag across your body. The bottom part of the bag unzips to add an extra 6 inches (15 cm)  when more room is required. $100
